My point is that the laptop had everything it need to travel though the internet at breakneck speed, but when I would use it the performance was nothing to brag about. I spoke to the salesman and he said that I might have my setting not configured correctly. I asked him what I needed to do, but all he could do was to offer a website that I should visit and download a small program that would alleviate the issues.
